Refunds / Cancellation Policy
The following applies to patients who avail paid medical consultation through Ginger Healthcare Private Ltd (GHPL).
Payments made towards consultation are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
- Failure on part of GHPL to arrange the consultation with desired doctor within 7 days of payment. Note: this doesn’t apply to cases where doctor’s appointment is available after 7 days and patient has already consented to wait and consult.
- If the doctor refuses to take the case due to whatsoever reason, and if the client (patient) is not ready to consider alternative doctor recommended.
- In the event of the death of the patient, on providing death certificate.
In the event of any of the situations, the request has to be raised by the patient with supporting evidence and if it is found valid, refund will be processes within 7 working days.
