  • Upon returning to India, Dr. Sarin’s career flourished at AIIMS, where she served as Assistant Professor and later Associate Professor of Surgery, contributing significantly to the advancement of surgical oncology.
  • Her expertise was further recognized when she was appointed as the Head of Surgical Oncology at Mafrao Hospital under the Ministry of Health in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she played a key role in establishing a cancer center.

  • Associate Prof. of surgery at AIMMS from Jan 1983 till 1986.
  • Fellow ship in surgical Onclogy at Memorial Sloane Kettering cancer centre Newyork in 1979 to 1980
  • Head surgical oncology at Mafrao Hospital on Ministry of health, Abu Dhabi UAE ( helped in starting a cancer centre in UAE)
  • Founder member and initiated and atarted Indian Society of Oncology (ISO) the only platform in India for Oncology Meetings.
