FREE opinion & estimate for International Patients

If you are an international patient looking for best treatment in India, we have good news for you. We can provide you a free treatment plan & cost estimate from any of the top 10 private hospitals in India of your choice. You can also discuss with us if you want our guidance on where to get best treatment for your medical condition; since we deal with scores of patients, we should be able to advise you much better.

VISA Invitation Letter

For any treatment in India, you need to travel on a medical visa. To get a medical visa, you need to have a visa invitation letter from one of the hospitals. After we confirm that you want to travel for a medical reason, we will ask you to send the copies of passport of patient & attendant. We will then issue a Visa Invitation Letter from the hospital of your choice. The Visa Invitation Letter is mailed to the Indian Embassy/High Commission/ Consulate in the city where you will be applying, and a copy of the letter will be sent to you for attaching with your visa application.

Please note: We charge a $7 fully refundable deposit for facilitating the visa invitation letter. We refund the total amount when you arrive and consult at the same hospital that issued the visa.  

The fee is charged to ensure that visa invitation letter is issued only to genuine candidates who are genuinely interested in traveling & taking treatment at the hospital.

FREE Visa Assistance

The visa application process is a critical part of your travel planning. Any error in the process can get your application rejected. Our team will be there to assist you when you fill the visa application. Once completed, we can review it before final submission.

FREE Airport pick-up & drop for International Patients

We arrange airport pickup and drop for all international patients from the hospital. This is to ensure that your safety and security are taken care of, right from your arrival. One of our team members or one of the hospital’s person will be present at the airport to receive you.

FREE Language Interpreter

The standard language of communication in Indian hospitals is English. If you are not well-versed in English, you can request us for an interpreter. We generally provide free interpreter service in Arabic, Bengali, Russian & Uzbek. However, if all our interpreters are occupied with other patients, we may need to charge a small fee to hire interpreters for you. The sooner you inform us of your arrival, the higher is your chance of getting a free interpreter.

FREE Local Guidance & Assistance

Our patient support associates will be there to guide & assist you in all matters related to treatment during your stay. You can also have an assistant with you during local sight-seeing shopping; however, this is subject to availability and prior notice.

PAID Teleconsultation with Top Doctors

We arrange teleconsultation with top doctors for both Indian and foreign patients. For teleconsultation, we generally charge a small facilitation fee. So, consultation + facilitation fee generally adds up to approximately $30 for most doctors, for some senior doctors, it can be little more. If you would like to do teleconsultation, please let us know so that we will fix confirm availability of doctor, and then send you payment link. The call will be made via WhatsApp /Google Meet/ Zoom/ Telegram- as is mutually convenient. Please note however, that you need to know English for telephonic consultation. If you don’t know, we will get an interpreter for you at an additional charge.
