Fortis Healthcare Under The Scanner For Copyright Infringement
A US-based organization has dragged Fortis Healthcare into court for copyright infringement. The names of the defendants include Fortis Healthcare, IHH Healthcare Berhad & 26 others who are at blame for “tortious interference with contracts”.
